Booked this hotel as last minute, I come to the island often to visit my dad so this was first time staying somewhere different. Set up more like a b&b than an actual hotel though.
John the owner was lovely showed us to our room, and even made sure I knew the code to get back in through the main door. He made us breakfast each morning we were there too which was nice.
Only thing id say, is that there was no tea bags or coffee / cups to go with the kettle in the room so had no use being there. Also there was a musty smell in the room. A little bit over priced for what you get. I’ve paid less for other hotels and it’s more modern and has plenty of extras like soaps shower gels tea coffee etc

This hotel managed by John is truly a magnificent hotel to stay at! Honestly I enjoyed every bit about it and staff are really nice- as well as the rooms being well maintained and clean.
