The b&b is really comfortable, spotlessly clean and has everything I need. It is in a perfect location with close proximity to the train station and the beach. The heated pool is such a bonus as well. Tracy has been a wonderful host who accommodated my requests and made me and my dog feel so welcome. Her communication prior and during our stay is timely and clear. I really appreciate that she always made herself available when I had any questions. She also checked in with me and spent time for some great chats which has made our stay more enjoyable and memorable. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone.
It’d be great if the pool can be open in the morning too so there’s more flexibility to use it in the morning before going out in the day.

Easy to find. Close to station and train. 10 mins walk from the sea. Quiet road. Nice outlook from room.
Property clean and well maintained. Room was the smaller one but still spacious.
Bed comfortable. Plenty of electricity and charging points. Both curtains and blind so that room was dark in the mornings if wanted.
Simple touch bedside lights.
Excellent service. All facilities and accessories worked. Owner frequently checked if anything else was needed. Eg duvet/ blanket as weather changed.
Clean well functioning bathroom facilities en suite. Lovely fluffy towels
Lovely pool and sunbathing terrace in the garden. Separate towels available with used towel drop point.
Owner took care to offer excellent service without being intrusive.
Lovely breakfast. Generous tea and coffee making facilities in room. Owner checked that what I would use was available.
Dining room set so that it could be used for brought in lunch/dinner if required.
Key given for room and entry to the property.

Friendly and accommodating. I would recommend it to anyone. Beautiful swimming pool and gardens included 👍
