Location
I booked the room as bed and breakfast to find that it was not so and that breakfast has not been provided. I was given the option of cooking my own meals in the dining room or using the tray in the room which consisted of prepacked breakfast items. These proved to be adequate but I suugested to the host that this should be claryfied at time of booking,

The rooms feel very peaceful and have lovely decor. The beds are super comfy. The location is excellent 5 minutes to the beach restaurants and shops but in a quiet location. The best thing is Julie who runs the property. She is so lovely and helpful. Its very good value for money and the best place to stay here in Sandown.
Nothing all good

Even though the photos show a breakfast room, no food is available.
This should be made clear and the pictures removed.
