The hotel itself location is in a great spot, beachfront and room had sea view and balcony, thanks for the upgrade. Parking was superb and safe.
Comfy beds and pillows couldn’t have asked for more. Staff were friendly at all times.
One thing that kept coming to mind was the lack of a stairs sign just as you exit the elevator and turn left, there’s a sudden drop and with the colour scheme of the carpet and walls you wouldn’t know there’s two steps right in front of you. If that could be sorted am sure most will be thankful. As per the two photos shared.

The facilities in the main hotel were great. The beds were comfy, we loved the pool. The staff were so kind and friendly.
Just the corridor to our room wasn’t so inviting, but the room itself was clean and comfortable
