It is located just a few meters from United Nations LRT station. It is near a hospital (Manila Med) and restaurants (UN Square). It is just a few blocks away from the Rizal Park. The place is generally quiet as it is near the Manila Police District HQ. There is a free access to the swimming pool of Prince Hotel though we were not able to use it.
The wifi connection is weak and always disconnecting. It is not suitable for remote work.
You should not leave your food uncovered as there are small cockroaches that might crawl in it.
Bed linens, towels and pillows looks old.
