the manager was wonderful he carried our bags up and down for us we couldn't do it ourselves the room was clean and the bed comfortable the shower clean and toilet
The building is old and the stairs scary to navigate not recommended for oldies young ones could manage well if you are a big person the shower is a small cubicle

The room was clean and had everything that I needed. The tea/coffee facilities & toaster were great, and the fridge was a perfect addition for storing essential items. The room itself was very big and the fireplace made it more homely compared to some standard hotel rooms, plus having the big television made it all perfect!
I could hear the traffic outside as it was a busy road but it did not bother me and I still had a great night's sleep in the super comfy bed!!!

Very dirty carpet in room, windows equally dirty, room had a kettle but difficult to fill in bathroom sink.
