Overpriced stay, low quality, would not recommend

I liked the walkable distance to the city centre (45 min) and 20 min to the Zoo, close to the Airlink airport bus stop. The room was facing a quiet garden so it was green and we could not hear the cars.

Communication is very bad, I have sent 2 messages via booking, one e-mail to their official e-mail address and called 2x times before I could get instructions to the late check in. If I didn't call I'd probably stand outside the door at 11 pm as nobody made an effort to reply to any of my messages. There is no reception so can complaint to nobody, there was a drunk girl shouting outside our room door at 2 am, probably talking on the phone to someone. The bathroom was dirty and toilet flush didn't work properly so it was always full of paper. I have been given an old torn towel with some holes. Spring mattress. Cleaner thrown out things that were left on the side table. Even if it's a single use spoon, don't touch it unless it's in the bin!! It's overpriced.

it was cold and heater did not work. Also lamp in the bathroom was broken. other than that it was ok.

BAD EXPERIENCE

The neighbourhood was nice. it was possible to checkin one hour before.

the bathroom was dirty. the shower was broken and lost litres of water during the entire stay. This is unacceptable!!! the heating was not working (we got only a manual electric one). the room was very small

Spacious, coffee and hair dryer in room

There is a thick layer of mold growing on the ceiling of the shower in this room... Clean and fix that, and this room will be a good value.

Disappointing.

Bed very comfy. Good location.

Smelly drain outside my room window. Had to sleep with window closed. Reported it. Drain was cleaned earlier but still stank. No staff on site. Site overall lacked maintenance. Shower head held on with duct tape.

I thought the rooms were well sized. and the code on the door to let yourself into the building was very useful.

shower in room had a leak and was constantly dripping however when door was closed was very hard to hear. communal shower was difficult to get a good temperature
