The place was amazing, easy to access, safe and very conveniently located.
Scott was prompt with all the responses for all the questions and issues we had
Advertised as breakfast included so I expected a hot traditional breakfast, however, it was more continental of a continental (with toast, spreads, cereals and yogurt).

Location. Opposite zoo. Good self service breakfast provided. Free parking. Good communication with owner. Comfortable bed
Toilet in bedroom not clean around seat. Very worn towels. Shower water scalding hot and not easy to adjust.

The location was perfect, right outside bus stop, it was comfortable and very welcoming, had tea coffee facilities in room, clean towels, tv and hairdryer. There was a lovely breakfast room with cereals and tea coffee facilities, a kitchen area with a toaster, microwave and a well stoked up fridge - bread yogurts butter jam fresh fruit. Even washing machine to use. Great communication from owner.
Our room was clean apart from the tv and window sill which was thick with dust. Toilet and shower needs a good bleach.

Great location close to the bus stop, nice room for breakfast and cool coffee maker.
Dirty kettle in the room, some black mold in the shower.
