Such a lovely manager who was helpful and kind. The room and en suite were clean with lovely towels available. Parking is available at the hotel but it’s best to find it down a side road which we did quite easily.
Stairs only to our room and no breakfast. Very pricey parking. Noisy en suite fan.

Simple room, but comfortable, quiet, and clean. Easy access to central Edinburgh by bus. I got a warm welcome from the staff, and I enjoyed chatting at the bar and enjoying some nice whisky!
For the price it was just right. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Easy bus route into Edinburgh. Nice friendly welcome, fabulous building.
It's a very tired hotel. Bathroom was in serious need of an upgrade. Mould in the corner of the shower, shower tube was broken, peeling lino on the floor. Everything needs a freshen up, and felt very overpriced.
