We had a wonderful stay at Lum Residence. Everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. We especially loved the friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast and peaceful atmosphere. The location is also great, with beautiful beaches and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was very clean. Lovely rooms, restaurant area and lovely swimming pool. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping ladies were very nice people.

Очень уютный отель , в отдалении от дороги. Все чисто, приятный персонал , вкусные завтраки! Чувствуешь себя самым любимым гостем. Бар с самыми вкусными коктейлями на острове ))
В 7 минутах пешком кайфовый пляж Кабалана.

Свежий ремонт, чистота, хороший чистый бассейн на территории, возможность вкусно пообедать и ужинать в отеле
Шум и крики со стройки, которая прямо под окнам с 8 утра, вид также на стройку..
За 2 дня пребывания удалось лишь один раз помыться с горячей водой, мы обращались с вопросом к персоналу, но они толком ничего не решили
Жесткое неудобные большие подушки, вай фай работал когда хотел!
Завтраки неплохие, но хоть и входили в проживание, половина меню была за дополнительную плату..(
В отеле при заселении никто не встречает, нет ресепшена, всем рулят ребята из кафе, которые ни сумку не помогут поднять, ни воду не предложили при встрече ..
Мы уже 6 ой раз на Шри, объездили много разных отелей, и на наш взгляд цена для Шри Ланки завышена при таком уровне сервиса..
