The property was amazing. Everything was exactly as described and all the details were thoughtfully taken care of. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and offered beautiful views. The location was excellent, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

The property is well thought and well made. It’s on the main matara highway. The view from this space is splendid. There are only 2 rooms in abode. Both are unique and well thought. The room is equipped with great tea collection, they have a mini fridge, we had a room with bath tub so they had ceylon spa’s bath salts. Two diffusers on both sides of the bed.
Yoga mats are there on room.
If you want to treat yourself with luxury in middle of raw nature, don’t miss this place.
Also this property goes completely sold out whole months. Do book early
The property needs some maintenance. Like bath tub window frame gets jammed. The main door also gets jammed sometimes. The toiletries provided were not upto the mark compared to other luxury the room provided.

The location is great, very unique being very close to the sea, as well as not being too far from the restaurants/shops/bank in Ahangma.
The staff are very helpful, willing to assist when ever you need them.
Good value on laundry.
Showers in both rooms were not working correctly, very hard to control water temperature. There was no clothes hangers for clothes and neither was there a set of drawers to place clothes in.
Restaurant & Bar Downstairs was closed which was a shame when wishing not to eat out. Limited breakfast option.
