This place feels more like an Airbnb-style stay rather than a traditional hotel, but honestly everything was almost perfect for my 2-night stay. The room was extremely clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need: dishes and utensils, a washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, and even a full-size refrigerator, which made the stay so comfortable and convenient.
What impressed me the most was the hospitality and support from the staff. Even though this is a contactless service with no front desk on-site, communication was always smooth, fast, and incredibly detailed. Every question I had was answered kindly and patiently, and they truly made me feel cared for throughout the entire stay.
One thing I notice is that the surrounding area can feel a little intimidating late at night, so I personally wouldn’t recommend walking around too late alone. However, aside from that, my overall experience staying here was still wonderful.

The room faced towards the pool offering quiet space.
Nice clean beds and room.
No bathroom light the entire time we stayed over 4 nights. Was promised this would be fixed when we arrived. Twice ‘maintenance’ were supposed to come and look at it and this never happened. So we had to shower in the dark, which was very annoying.
The exterior keypad needs to be explained better as it was very misleading having the two. Luckily some guests happened to be coming out as we were trying to figure it out, we were tired from our long flight and that’s really the last thing we needed to figure out!
No toaster or kettle.
No iron or ironing board.
The beakers smelt like stale cigarettes.
No wine glasses and eating from Tupperware plates/bowls wasn’t the best.
Full length mirror needed.
