Ok stay

Very good location, staff was very responsive and nice The room looked nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable Complementary coffee

There is no hanger and wardrobe so there is not much place to put clothes I stayed on the groud floor so you could here the noise from above and the neighbor, especially when they were walking or listening to music I asked for the room to be cleaned and they cleand it, but not fully (carpet as dirty as it was/sink too) Not a very practical kitchen: you can wash dishes but didn’t have much space where to put them to dry, also there were no cutleries or bowls provided Washing machine didn’t work, they offered a solution and it turned out there was a problem with the electricity pannel but I couldn’t really have a full wash because the safety of the electricity panel was falling

Excellent location and friendly service

The hotel is in a prime location - just 300 meters from the place where the Oscars - film awards - are handed out. In the hotel everything is automated - code-based. After contacting us over the intercom, the person taking care of the guests greeted us very kindly and helped us check in.

Difficult to enter the hotel - Intercom with a list of codes where you had to call and introduce yourself. I think this can be a huge inconvenience for older people who don't speak English well. After the whole process of logging in, I was given a list of codes, for different doors with different codes - it was quite frustrating, because everything had to be well remembered or looked up on the phone. In the room, it turned out that we did not receive an extra set of bedding for our son, and when we received - it turned out that it was without pillowcases on the pillows and comforter.

Adequate but nothing special

Great location one street up from Hollywood Blvd.

Strange setup - it seems like a few short stay rooms in a condo or apartment building. The door had an electronic lock that barely worked and locked us out for minutes at a time. The street noise and lights made it difficult to sleep. The decor was lazy and unfinished. They provided only 2 kcups for two nights with two guests. It was adequate as a place to sleep but "boutique" is definitely overselling it.

Overall once we got into our room we enjoyed our stay.

Location was excellent with an easy walk down to Hollywood Boulevarde and all the action there. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Although we didn't use them I liked the idea of washing machine and dryer in the room. The external communal area ie pool and sun area was excellent. Overall recommended.

The online check in was very frustrating. I am elderly and a non techy. When I received the emails indicating to pre check in online it also quite clearly said there would be someone to have face to face interaction with to check in.. We arrived after dark in a strange country and a strange city to get to a locked gate that we could not access get inside. We were quite scared. Finally someone happened to exit the building and gave us access to the foyer area where we were able to make contact with Fenix by telephone and after much stuffing around managed to check in and get to our room finally.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we had enough room and felt comfortable.

The room was pretty spacious and comfortable.

It would've been really helpful if there were utensils in the room even plastic ones.

Wonderful brand new room, cute decor. Awesome location.

Hotel and room was new, recently redone. Staff was welcoming and nice. Helped me to my room and made sure I was set.Fun decor, the room was very cute and bathroom modern and clean! Having a big fridge and sink was great. Location was exceptional, target is a block away so I could get water and some groceries.

A little bit of corridor noise but it is Hollywood, so expected that.
