Location was central and felt secured for tourist. Parking undercover was great. Newly furnished it seems. Washing machine and dryer was great for laundry during long trips.
Some minor facilities would add so much to experience for eg. Hooks in bathroom, additional mirror in the living area, support of dinning table so it doesn't shake as much and remains stable, toilet paper roll holder, bed could be slightly better etc. They are little things but goes long way IMHO

Again, I liked everything, if they could improve one thing, it would be instructions to get to the place. Otherwise player, exceptional.

קרוב מאד לשדרת הכוכבים, אבל איזור שקט
הכל מאד אוטומטי, בלי לפגוש אף אחד על מנת לקבל מפתח. אפילו הסכימו לשמור לנו על המזוודות עד הערב , בזמן שהיינו ביוניברסל (מרחק 10 דקות נסיעה)

Wide, spacious and close to the tourists spots and near by everyday needs
The dirty floor, the dirty gunk in the rubber part of thr inner washing machine, some items that we saw are broken base, cracked remote, cracked light switch in the bathroom, christmas lights on the tree is not working, the top portion of the dishwasher for the buttons cane off when we open to check it
