Very good contact from owner and good organising for meet up to let us in and show us around.
The apartment is approximately 12mins from Ri de Roma Metro, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Valeria was a fantastic host, quick replies to queries. I had asked for the room to be dark as my daughter cannot sleep otherwise-- she made sure the shutters closed completely and even offered to buy a new curtain if this was not enough. Spacious flat with all amenities, microwave, oven washing machine. She even kept washing machine washing liquid, coffee, sugar, oil etc which was very generous. Fans for EVERY room which was much appreciated as 38deg outside otherwise would not be able to sleep. Apartment is in the basement but lot of light and even a terrace to sit out/ dry clothes. Since lift didn't go to basement she even arranged a stair chairlift for use of my wife who had hurt her hip. Lots of mosquitoes in Rome! She had mosquito netting on the windows and kept plugin mosquito repellant for each room which was a great bonus. Valeria was the sweetest, most helpful hostess we have met!
Pillows definitely need changing.Too soft and collapsible even using two pillows.
Sealant in shower cubicle needs renewing. Some of the table legs and cabinet legs have rotted and need replacement, although that didn't really effect their use

Covenient for group travel, can accomodate 3-5 guests, clean, with terasse, washing mashin, graund floor. No AC but fans. Kitchen, free wifi. Great host!

El apartamento es súper cómodo, amplio, luminoso, está equipado para una estadía de varios días. Está muy bien ubicado, en un barrio residencial súper cómodo para caminar de día y noche. Excelente conexiones con transporte (metro y bus). Una excelente opción para tu estadía en Roma. Valeria, la host, siempre fue muy atenta y cálida. Volveremos!
