The checkin and checkout was quite well managed and straightforward. Notifications were timely.
The property itself was located in the town centre so close to restaurants, pubs and local shops. Flat was well presented and had all basic amenities required for a short stay. Several car parks in immediate vicinity so that is a big plus.

Location was fab. Apartments had everything we needed for our stay.
Bed mattress was springy in one of our rooms ( we had 3 apartments). It was noisy but this was due to storms.

Everything apart from the bed and sofa bed.
It had everything we needed :)
The bed and sofa bed were very uncomfortable for me and my husband, although we are quite tall so it is not necessarily anybody’s fault. We just didn’t sleep very well overall.
Also, we were asked whether we could give our remote to another guest that had moaned about their remote not working. Which was annoying in the morning when my son wanted to watch television and we were not compensated for this.
