Great location for our birthday event in Cartmel. The chauffeur service was excellent and we utilised that every evening.
Welcome from Francesca was warm and friendly but professional at all times.
Good breakfast too.
Room was warm despite inclement weather.

Lovely place to stay, beautiful countryside. Francesca and Pete made us feel extremely welcome as soon as we arrived. Nothing we asked for was too much for them to sort out. The room was amazing, clean and spacious - everything that we needed was there and more, great night sleep - bed was really comfortable. The bar area was amazing. Breakfast - there was everything that you could as for. Only thing we wished we would have done is booked for two nights not just the one. We will be definitely be visiting again but next time we will bring the dogs as the facilities they have there for them are brilliant.

This hotel is fabulous. We only stayed one night but wish it was more. The staff were amazing, the room was stunning and the common areas were lovely. Beautiful cooked breakfast, lots of lovely extra touches. The room decor was like something straight out of a design book.

Stunning location, done to the highest spec. All staff was so lovely and helpful.
Highly recommend. Breakfast was great with good local product, excellent quality.
