Spacious, comfortable, well-equipped cottage.
Nespresso coffee machine.
Good WiFi connection.
Views of the river.

I came with my young daughter. The apartment was spotlessly clean and bigger than we first thought. It had absolutley everything you would need. Even extras like shampoo, conditioner, fairy liquid, washing and dishwasher tablets!
The little patio was lovely to sit out on in the evening, listening to the river!
The beds are soooooo comfy!
The playground for my daughter was an added bonus. She LOVED the slide!
We went to the pub/restaurant which isnt part of the complex but is a 2 min walk and the food was fabulous!
It is so near all kinds for kids, walkers, paddle boarders..... u name iit!
Watching the steam train go past every day was lovely.
We will definately be back!
It was unfortunate the river wall was being fixed (needs must) so the outlook wasnt quite what we expected but that wont be forever!
The tv is literally freeview. I could only get ITV on demand. (there was only a select choice on demand. no netflix etc.... bbc1, itv, 4&5 but none of which worked barr itv which you had to sign in every time u watched it) . Minor things really. we will be back.

Location was good for us
After we paid for a 2 bedroomed cottage , we were informed that it was no longer available and we were down graded. Had a riverside cottage but could not see the river due to all the foliage and there was riverbank work carried out so there was a huge orange tarpaulin along the bank which ruined the whole effect.
And we had an awful buzzing sound by the door and nobody responded to any of our requests for help, which kept us awake most of the night.
