Fantastic little inn - perfectly located, with a super comfy and clean room. I was impressed with its size! The room even had a little fridge which was highly convenient. We didnt hear a noise coming frmo the other rooms all week. The staff was lovely and the pub is very welcoming. It has a beautiful outdoor garden. Our dog was very comfortable in the room. I have to say, to be a dog-friendly hotel, I didnt expect it to be so extremely clean. The carpet in the room was spotless and did NOT smell of dogs (which other places sometimes do!). I would recommend it to anyone! Tons of food options around as well!
There's no parking on site, which is a bit inconvenient - but there's a carpark about 5-7 min walk, so not the end of the world. You can drive your car up to the door of the pub to load and unload your luggage.

The owner and staff were lovely, so friendly and nothing was a problem. The rooms were lovely and clean and plenty of tea, coffee and milk. A lively added extra was the bottles of water in the fridge, another lovely thought.
This isn't what we didn't like, but having the option of breakfast would have been ideal for us.
