The owner greeted us as we arrived and talked us through everything in the room and how to access the property late in the evening. She offered us recommendations in the area and was there in the morning as we checked out. Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell that they take great pride in the property and rooms! Also a fantastic location for exploring Bowness and Lake Windermere which was a very short walk away.

Host was lovely. Position is great only being a few mins from the town. Comfortable rooms with a nice coffee Machine and a good price for the area.
Noisy!! You can hear everything in the other rooms. Was woken as people came in and when people got up! Listening to people in their bathrooms at 5 in the morning is not restful! The rooms are clean but a bit tired. Really could do with some redecorating and bathroom updates.
