Would have loved a bath after a long, wet day walking around the lakes.

Modern and a short walk from Bowness. Stunning views over the lake.
Bar closed at 11pm and doors were locked around the hotel.

Hotel was clean
Staff on reception should consider going into any other profession other than hospitality. Maybe working in a police custody suite? Our room was called “lake facing”. “Car park facing might have been more apt.
