The property stands in the perfect location between Windermere & Bowness, both a short walk away.The interior was immaculate,as we're the rooms,the breakfast was ordered the evening before , freshly cooked & very well presented there was a fantastic choice. The Owners June & Mark were really nice people very friendly took an interest in all the guests & were always available if you needed a y help or advise. I can honestly say that the Thornbank is by a Country Mile the best B&B we have ever stayed in..

Friendly and welcoming, very comfortable and immaculate room with obvious attention to detail. Spotless bathroom with good shower.
Breakfast options available, perfectly cooked and presented in a lovely bright dining room with a good morning mix of music playing in the background.
