Location-so close to the area of interests n town centre.
Well maintained with ample space building.
Good ventilation for the heatwave times.
Good kitchen with excellent amenities.
Adequate number of bathrooms to house 5 of us.
Tele in almost all rooms except bathrooms 😉.

But would be better if there were toiletries too. It would make the guests go ga ga.

It was clean and all the items in kitchen were clean and ample

Excellent location and spacious accommodation. Beds comfortable. Parkin was a tad difficult as accommodation was in a very central location in a reasonably busy town.
Beds were comfortable as were the living areas.
