Boasting stylish and comfortable furnishings, our home sleeps a total of 7 guests comfortably. With each room equipped with a smart TV, your family and friends can enjoy movies and shows from the comfort of their own bed. But what truly sets this home apart is the proximity to the beach.
Maximum occupancy
The maximum number of guests shown on your reservation must not be exceeded. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
No parties or events
Parties, events, functions and disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am
Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during quiet hours. Excessive noise, loud music or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.
No smoking or vaping indoors
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking is permitted outdoors, please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Pets by prior approval
Pets are welcome where included in your reservation or approved by Elevate Short Stays prior to arrival.
• Keep pets under control and prevent excessive barking or nuisance.
• Clean up after pets, including the garden and outdoor areas.
• Keep pets off beds and furniture unless the individual property rules state otherwise.
• Ensure pets do not damage the property, gardens or furnishings.
• Do not leave pets unattended where doing so may result in damage, excessive noise or distress.
• Guests are responsible for damage or additional cleaning reasonably required as a result of their pet.

The house is renovated and in a perfect spot, close to the jetty. Second toilet is a bonus. Check in was seamless however when we arrived the property had not been cleaned, dirty towels, bed linen and kitchen not cleaned. Second single bed also had no sheets.A few messages to the property manager and the sent a cleaner down, however we were perplexed when it took less than an hour to clean the house and felt the property was not up to the cleanliness standard we had hoped for.There was an apology but no compensation - they could have offered late check out or discount off our stay. Overall we wouldn’t stay again.
