Property was neat and clean, in a quiet neighborhood. Appears to have been fairly recently upgraded/modernized, with a sizable kitchen, hardwood floors, lots of windows, nice master bath with walk-in shower, liquid body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms. Washer and driver. Large lot with a creek at the back end. Some decent wall hangings and shelf knick-knacks, but many wall items not hung up--just leaning against the wall. In one case, there was just an empty frame.
On the negative side, it was quite bare bones. Needs a little more furniture, especially in the bedrooms where just one chair would be a great addition. Some other deficiencies: drinking glasses, hooks for hanging towels, chests for clothes, bars for hanging clothes in closets, a digital entry code in place of a single key (there does appear to be such a system, but we were given a single key--under a stone icon on the front patio instead), and an alternate TV hookup. On this latter subject, there was only an Apple TV box--no cable or antenna hookup, so if you're not an apple afficionado or are technically challenged, your choices are limited (virtually nonexistent). A Roku box and/or a cable connection would be a great addition. The TV/remote control does not seem to accommodate a basic antenna input.
Another recommendation: a notebook summarizing house information (especially TV operation for non-Apple people), nearby restaurants or area items of interest, etc.

The house was very nice. It could use many things to progress and make money on VRBO. Limited seating in the entire house. You have to bring chairs if more than a few people are staying or coming over. Not nearly enough kitchen supplies, no TV’s in any bedrooms or basement. No dressers in any bedrooms or closets. There is no heat upstairs in bedrooms.
This property has huge potential and would love to stay again but it needs more attention for accommodations.
It currently has the very bare minimum.
