Spread across 11 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms which sleep up to 24 guests, the house is designed for togetherness without compromise.
Whether it's a milestone birthday, lively family reunion, a focused corporate retreat, or a special celebration with friends.
Generous communal spaces give your group room to gather, celebrate, and unwind, while each private en-suite ensures everyone has their own retreat at the end of the day.
The Location
Positioned between the village of Long Hanborough and the historic market town of Woodstock, Step outside and a beautiful community path leads directly to the grounds of Blenheim palace - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, one of England's greatest stately homes, perfect for morning runs, dog walks, or a golden-hour stroll.
Hanborough station (a 2-minute walk) runs direct trains to Oxford (10 mins) and London Paddington (58 mins). The Cotswold villages of Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Chipping Norton are all within easy driving distance, making this as well-connected as it is peaceful.
We do welcome events and parties but these must be disclosed and discussed with us prior to reservation.
