About this house rental
As you approach, the sight of large, inviting windows draws your gaze. These windows allow an abundance of natural light to flood the interior and provide breathtaking views of the surrounding trees.
A charming 3-bedroom home nestled amidst the woods on 10 acres, designed in a captivating barn style. The interior with a modern cozy feel and 3 renovated full baths. The home is very close to several snowmobiling trails, ice fishing at Crooked Lake is just 5 minutes away.
Nubs Nob and Boyne Highland ski slopes are a 15 minute drive.
The third bedroom is part of the open loft design. With bunk beds (queen/twin) and a cozy reading area and full bath, the loft over looks the main floor.
The open ceiling design of the structure creates a sense of grandeur and amazing natural light. This architectural feature not only adds a touch of elegance but also adds a spacious and open feeling to the home.
To complete the picturesque scene, an expansive front porch with chairs beckons you to sit and immerse yourself in the peacefulness of nature.
The walkout finished basement houses the TV area, ping pong table, game table, and bedroom. This level also has an updated full bath with shower.
Outside there is a bonfire pit.
Security cameras are outside the home.

Well-located, well appointed/stocked. Comfortable beds, bedding and baths. Only TV is in lowest level game room area, a bit chilly with the weather, but faux fire helped. Enjoyed our stay, with easy access to Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Mackinac Island. Clear communications, clean, quiet property.

My wife and six children thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The children played table tennis, connect 4, and Clue. We had lovely family time on the deck watching deer. It is very clean and close to downtown Harbor Springs, which we love. We will return for sure!
