Great hiking and mountain biking right off the property on an expansive trail system, and a short 8-minute drive to North Lake Tahoe’s premiere ski resort, Northstar. This townhome and its community are the closet property to Northstar Resort without staying at Northstar. During the summer months enjoy the amenities of the property’s tennis courts, pickle ball, pool, and year-round access to a cardio room and sauna. The beach is only a 3-minute drive away for those looking for time on beautiful Lake Tahoe. During the winter, you are a short drive from half a dozen ski resorts, including just an 8-minute drive to Northstar for world-class skiing. Historic Truckee is only 15 minutes away, with charming restaurants and boutiques, and it’s a quick 45-minute drive to the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Beat the rush on the ride home with easy access to Interstate 80. Downtown Kings Beach is only 3 minutes down the road, where you can grab groceries, eat at over a dozen restaurants, rent bikes and kayaks, or lounge on the beach and enjoy the sunset. The Truckee River is also close by for floating down the river with family and friends, or you can check out the many smaller lakes and streams the area has to offer. Want a few days off from the slopes? Kings Beach and the surrounding towns of Tahoe City, Incline Village, and Northstar (Ritz-Carlton) offer premier spas to pamper yourself. You’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, art galleries, movie theatres, casinos, and museums. Or just stay home and Netflix and chill. This property was recently renovated with new luxury vinyl flooring and updated furniture throughout. Don’t want to deal with the hassle of driving and parking at crowded ski resorts? A FREE bus service will pick you up from Kingswood Village (Tart Connect: https://tahoetruckeetransit.com/tart-connect/, call 530-553-0653, or download the app). This shuttle service will take you to popular spots like Northstar and the Olympic Valley, and you can even use it to connect to the south shore and east shore. Note: this property has a maximum occupancy 4 adults total. There is a twin folding mattress that can be used to accommodate an additional child under 12 years of age. This townhome and its community, Kingswood Village, is non-smoking. No tobacco products, vaping, or cannabis are allowed. No pets allowed. Note to those with mobility concerns, this a three-story townhome with stairs. This townhome has forced air heat but does not have A/C. Fans are provided on each floor during the summer months. Kitchen,.bedding & towels new,.nicely decorated. Kitchen, living room comfortable. Conveniently located to truckee and kings beach. A nice to have would be baking sheets to make cookies
