House was fine. Wish it would have had more comfortable seating in living room. Bedrooms needed lamps on the nightstands.

The host was responsive and accommodating. As an Iowa native, this property is in an ideal location providing easy access to the Town as well as the City of Lake Charles. I recommend the property and plan to stay here again in the future.

Overall the stay was great! We chose the location due to being close to wedding venue and the number of sleeping arrangements. Owners communicated well if there were any questions.

Great host and great neighborhood! We had 3 extra family members needing to stay at the property last minute and the host of the house was wonderfully accommodating. The only negative I would give was the furniture in the main living area was very stained (couch and all the sitting pieces of the dining room) and the kitchen had 1 fork and hardly any basic kitchen items (zero baking sheets, for example). The one large spoon for cooking was burned with bubbling plastic on it. Other than that, no other issues.
