Travelling from South Africa, where the exchange rate against the US dollar is quite unfavorable, I was pleasantly surprised by the value this resort offered. The all-inclusive package was a huge bonus, making the holiday both enjoyable and stress-free. The facilities were outstanding—clean, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it.
The staff would benefit from additional training in hospitality and customer service, particularly the restaurant staff. A more welcoming, attentive, and friendly approach would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The location was perfect.
The bedrooms are nice but the beds are small. I am very tall and my legs hangs over the bed.

Staff members absolutely amazing, attentive and welcoming. The staff made the stay a better experience. Enjoyed dining at Montego buffet since my last stay the food has really improved. Liked various bars on the resort especially 24 hour bar, plenty of loungers no need to get up at crack of dawn to reserve one.
Different tiers within the hotel. Ccertain areas are no go unless your an Elite member i.e Aqua bar, part of buffet restaurant and Lime bar and beach area. Smoking area not comfortable and lacks shady area having to sit and smoke in intense heat of the sun and uncomfortable seating (tiled bench), some days so hot not able to sit down. The area needs to be redesigned.
