The owners communication was great. The apartment was nice, we loved having the adjoining rooms. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, way more than a normal hotel room. Having 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver! The kitchenette was nice with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender and others. We were able to make breakfast each morning. Everything was very clean and beds were decent. We would stay here again!
Not sure if was neighbors or staff, but people were loud and slamming doors late into the night and early in the morning. Owners said they would contact someone regarding the outside door that tended to slam. The outside could use some TLC (and this is at no fault of the owners). My husband made a comment that this area looked abandoned compared to the condos around the corner. The large fountain was dry, lots of weeds and overgrown plants. Hopefully this was a fluke, because the place has great potential.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, with beautiful scenery all around. It’s just a short drive to the lakes, and the area is absolutely stunning. We would definitely recommend this place!

Location was perfect for me. Very comfortable, well-maintained unit, plenty of space for my needs. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious, Great Location between Bellaire and Mancelona. Pretty view and not far from Fishing holes.
Stairs were a little much for someone with mobility issues but doable.
