Location is great. Close to Newport & Spokane. House is equipped with a good amount of amenities. Nicely labeled kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Peaceful neighborhood. Lots of wildlife around. Saw wild turkeys, deer and lots of variety of birds. Stove and fridge work great. Kitchen is stocked with decent amount of equipment and tools. WiFi works great. Nice to have a washer/dryer to use too. House was clean. Lake appears very clean. Mature trees and forest around. Board games available.
Ring cameras everywhere inside the house and outside. I covered them up while I was there but wasn't sure what was being monitored or recorded. Still not sure what was recorded. That should be clarified before renting. Giant Buddha statue on the property is offensive to me. I couldn't figure out the electric door lock at first. There should be instructions posted on how to lock the back up. No TV. NO Cable television. Not enough instructions on equipment. NO public sandy beach access. Only lake access is at the cabin. Very limited options for walking around the area. Mostly have to share the road with traffic. No sidewalks near the cabin. No parks for children. Lots of road noise during the weekday with Log Trucks and construction vehicles.
