L’hôte est top, à l’écoute il essaye au mieux de vous arranger et répond rapidement aux messages.
L’appartement était très bien pour son petit prix il ne faisait pas vieillot du tout il correspond parfaitement aux photos, très très bon emplacement et les transports ne sont qu’à 5 min de marche, la clim était fonctionnelle.
Nous avons trouver à plusieurs reprises des cafards dans l’appartement ou dans le haul.
Nous avons aussi été infesté de fourmis rouge dans la cuisine tous les matins.
La télé ne fonctionnait pas.
Beaucoup de bruit on entendais les voisins du bas à chaque fois qu’ils rentraient et sortaient comme si ils étaient dans notre appartement.
Et dernier petit point négatif la salle de bain sentait les égouts.
Malgré tout ce ne sont que des petits points négatifs et nous avons passé un super séjour je vous recommande cet appartement

Great location, powerful AC, clean, full set of kitchen accessories, fridge. Near transport station, lot of restaurants, panteon and military museum nearby. A bit of high slope to reach, 150 metres 30 degrees, free cardio instead of gym.
Stairs are narrow, could be issue if we would take more bagage. Smell in WC is not terrible, not great. (In the room it was good.) There was no bed light as seen on picture (instead, one more plant giving cosy feeling).

Super pobyt. Lokalizację wybieraliśmy świadomie i jesteśmy zadowoleni. Cicho i spokojnie. Nam zalezalo aby mieszkac blisko dworca kolejowego. Sam apartament w porządku.
Wyposażony w niezbędny sprzęt i czysty.
Odbiór kluczy ze skrzynki (może wynikać z braku naszego doświadczenia), brak dodatkowych ręczników jak na długi pobyt , brak dodatkowych worków na śmieci. Przydałoby się aby były klamerki do wieszania (ręczniki słabo schyłku wewnątrz budynku). Strome schody nam nie przeszkadzały.

Ubicación buena e instalaciones bien
La tv no funcionaba, olía mucho a tuberías y había cucarachas en el piso de debajo nuestra, aunque no nos encontramos ninguna en la habitación sí hubo una en un cajón de la cocina. A todo esto el “servicio 24h” no estuvo activo, no respondía a los mensajes ni llamadas.
