Super helpful front desk - map of special hike nearby, doggie gift of poop bags and Milkbone cookie. Checked out 15 minutes late with no hassle.
Prefer downstairs for ease of entry/exit. New pet charge is advertised as "deposit" when it is actually a fee, otherwise the guest should expect a "withdrawal." Please tell it like it is.

Comfortable bed and good complementary breakfast!
Property was very nice

Room size with a king bed was very cramped. Apparently a pet was having gastrointestinal issues and the hall carpet on the third floor had pet feces in a number of places. For the price of the room I expected much better. The food at Pitalian was overpriced and fair quality.
