Pool water was not clean

Overall, the room was very spacious and clean, and we were pleased with it. The staff seemed a little disorganized, but they were OK. Unfortunately, a kidnap website captured our initial payment and we had to call the credit card company to dispute it, but they still had a room available. This was fine.

There seems to be a lot of kidnap websites around, they mimic the normal websites particulars, and steal your bucks. The hotel industry needs to be aware of this, and implant some security precautions to capture these kidnap websites. This is not the only time this has happened to us during travel. Some other things could use adjustment. I thought the price was sort of over the top for the type of hotel, according to my experience. In addition, the breakfast could use some work, maybe comparison to other hotels: the omelets were too dry, and the sausage was fairly tasteless, and fruit juice was watered down, although the oatmeal, possibly a favorite of some of the people seemed to be OK.
