All rooms face the beach. The rooms were clean and all had a balcony (where you could look at the beach).
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is at a great location- walking distance to restaurants and the Pleasure Pier.
There are two elevators. Unfortunately, only one was operable. The one that was in operation was extremely slow. Both guests and cleaning staff had to use this elevator, causing some wait time. Many times we walked down the stairs from the 5th floor to save time.
The breakfast at the hotel is expensive.

Overall excellent hotel. Staff was exceedingly awesome.. Children and self LOVED the pool!
Only dislike and I do mean only rooms had no microwave 😔

Had the American scramble Mondale had 5 pieces of potatoes expensive for what I got
The ELEVATOR SUCKED!! I read reviews prior to trip apparently it’s been like this way too long. Old carpet room had drywall damage
