Not an easy location to find without GPS, but once there, everything was more than satisfactory. Everything was clean and comfortable. The guest house was a perfect additional benefit for the value of the property.
The location is difficult to find and a little confusing, however the property was large and accommadating, especially for young children.

Beautiful setting. Large property with many outdoor decks. Deck off kitchen was nice gathering spot for our group of 10 people. Nice to have 4 separate bathrooms (one for each bedroom).
Very damp in basement such that bed linens and clothes in suitcases needed to be put in dryer. Basement was not well maintained - cobwebs and dirt in screened in porch area. Same applied to screened in porch on main level. Some screens had holes in them.
Confusion about rental space on arrival ... previous correspondence indicated we only had main house but some concern when we arrived and only 3 bedrooms/bathrooms in main house. Phone call to property management clarified that rental included guest cabin with additional bedroom/bathroom.
