it was still nice as i did not stay that much in the room. but effort should be made for cleaning

I like the location and the room.

The room was not clean. There were cockroaches in the room and the swimming pool was too crowded.

Walking distance to KLCC -20 minutes

Finding reception was a chore Our room had no blinds on a balcony door meaning light from other balconies disrupted our sleep and there was no privacy. Staff were not helpful when this was raised and ignored WhatsApp message after initially responding to the question if they were open. Checked out a day early as did not get much sleep.

Good location for easy access to monorail

The view from the pool is nice - different to what’s pictured but still nice.

Bathroom was sooo unbearably smelly, booked for 4 people and only got two towels and one double bed + sofa but no sheets or blanket or pillow for sofa bed had to ask for them.

The view from the pool is nice - different to what’s pictured but still nice.
