The view from the balcony and pools amazing. Also the response from the staff was quick and helpful
The smell initially when we entered the property, but maybe because it was close up but it didn’t smell nice.

The pool area was dirty. The lounger cushions are disgusting. There was a used baby nappie lying beside loungers .

Super nice room and location. Friendly staff. Great view from swimming pool
Swimming pool access was not perfect. Also elevators are trouble. They should give by default 2 keys for a family otherwise you are stuck in elevator or cannot enter pool. .

Nice rooms. Very clean.
Location made it very difficult to walk anywhere. Freeways all around it.
Check in & out way too complicated with no desk on main level. How would anyone know to start on the 41 floor?!?
