Начитавших негативных отзывов, сначало сомневалась, стоит ли останавливать свой выбор на этих апартаментах, но потом, по большей части из-за бассейна решили рискнуть, и ни сколько не пожалели! Аппартаменты очень хорошие, просторные, с прекрасным видом на город, 2 ванные комнаты. Заселение заняло всего 15 минут, в номере было все необходимое, зубные щётки, тапочки, 2 баклашки чистой воды 0.5, моющее средство, чистая новая губка для посуды, мыло, и даже запасные пакеты для мусора. В квартире было чисто, никаких следов на мебели, единственное наволочки я всегда беру свои, это личные бзик, но на первый взгляд все было чисто, особенно присматривалась к ванной комнате, но и она была чистая, и не единого подтека ржавчины. Горячая вода есть ! Все кто пишут, что не было горячей воды, просто не заметили, что на входе в ванную есть выключатель с надписью Водонагреватель, если его включить, то с крана чуть ли не кипяток льется. По полу и некоторым местам заметно, что ремонт уже не свежий, но до сих пор очень все стильно, и красиво. Вайфай тоже работал прекрасно. Тараканов нет. Но если вовремя не убрать посуду могут появится мелкие муравьи на раковине но если все убирать, то никого не будет. На каждом этаже есть мусорные контейнеры, так что далеко идти не придется. Само здание тоже очень красивое и чистое. Соседей не слышно, ни с верху ни с боку, только с коридора, когда проходят мимо квартиры, слышны разговоры. Ночью слышны звуки мотоциклов с улицы, поэтому если чуткий сон, прихватите беруши. С лифтами проблем не было вообще, лифты скоросные до 27 этажа максимум 30 секунд. Но кажется в комплексе было не многолюдно, поэтому нам повезло. На выходных когда было по больше людей приходилось ждать,но не более 3х минут. Депозит берут либо 100$ либо 500 ринггит, лучше наличкой отдавайте, возврат на карту многие месяцами ждут, наличкой вернули сразу же как проверили номер.
Единственное что могу отметить в номере не было переходника, Ито мне кажется если бы мы попросили, нам бы его принесли. Но мы уже купили на рынке за 5 ренгит. В соседнем магазине тоже есть они если не ошибаюсь 8 ренгит.

Very good property beautiful flat and amazing pool. The host was disappointing.
1.Bathroom bathtub is not of any use as there is no hot water the max you can expect is lukewarm water in bathtub. As the Geyer capacity is only 35 liters so you cannot get hot water
2.Tv in the bedroom is a showpiece it doesn't work.Tv in hall is equally not great as only Malaysian channel will play no smart options for youtube or ott's etc.
3. The kitchen again is not that great as you just get 2 utensils 2 plates and 2 cups and 2 water glasses
4.Biggest drawback is 2 bed rooms with only one bathroom
5. Get prepared for huge penalties as host charged as 50 Ringetts post checkout as the pillow cover got a bit stained due to hair colour.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de las torres Petronas, que se podían ver desde la cama, así como unas vistas increíbles de la ciudad, tanto diurnas como nocturnas.
El apartamento es muy, muy grande, cuenta incluso con vestidor y despacho, el dormitorio es independiente, así como el baño.
La piscina infinita tiene muy buenas vistas, tanto a las torres Petronas, como a la KL Menara y al nuevo edificio Merdeka 118 (2º edificio más alto del mundo), aunque stá bastante saturada.
El apartamento es muy grande, pero está muy justo de menaje, apenas un par de cubiertos, tazas, una olla y una sarten. Sin tostadora ni cafetera, muy difícil hacer un simple desayuno en esa cocina.
Ningún tipo de cuadro, figuras ni adornos, un apartamento tan grande, con tantos armarios y estanterías, queda muy desangelado cuando está tan vacío. Aunque es verdad que es algo meramente estético.

The lobby is nice, and the gym is well equipped (although no wi-fi)
Many things we were unhappy with. Some were resolved at the time, others were not. In the end we cut our stay short and departed after 2 nights of our 4 night booking. A refund for these nights was requested and agreed to, however I’m still following up and awaiting the refund.
Ultimately, the building is not intended to have so many short stay bookings and does not function room well when used in this way. The cleanliness of the apartment and linen was not acceptable and the kitchen and laundry facilities were not as expected of a fully equipped apartment.

The Room & toilet spacious, the location of the hotel near to Bukit Bintang and KLCC mall very convenient.
The mattress, stiff and very hard not comfy, after our last day stay, me and partner having back pain. Certain furniture worn off but its fine to us.

The location was great . 5 minutes walk to train station . 10 minutes walk to the towers .5 minutes walk to the mall .
The property was completely filthy, I mean REALLY filthy. I don't think I've ever seen anything so disgusting in my life! The mattress was covered in all sorts of marks and stains, it was truly repulsive. And oh, let's not even get started on the bathroom, it was an absolute nightmare! But hey, at least the cleaning crew showed up every day to try and salvage whatever they could from that pit of despair. Honestly, I can't stress enough how dirty this place was, it was beyond words. You'd think they were competing for the "Filthiest Property of the Year" award or something. Trust me, you wouldn't want to come anywhere near this place unless you're a big fan of grime and filth.

Le seul point positif est l’emplacement, mais il n’y a rien à à côté pour manger, et le petit déjeuner est à un prix exhorbitant de 9€ par personne. Ce qui est énorme pour Kuala lumpur.
Caution de 100€ non prévu ! Il vaut mieux que vous les ayez sur vous en arrivant .. Cette même caution a voulu être retenue car nous avons taché une serviette ! Non pas déchiré ou abîmer mais bel et bien taché ! Ils ont donc gardé 30€ dessus ! C’est honteux à la limite du racket ! De plus si vous aimez les animaux vous allez cohabiter avec les cafards dans les chambres à coucher. JE DÉCONSEILLE CET ENDROIT.

La struttura è sicuramente molto bella, vicino alla Petronas e le altre zone facilmente raggiungibili con Taxi e Grab.
La vista dal 45esimo piano merita e la stanza è davvero molto molto grande.
Un appartamento di grande dimensioni con un ingresso, una cucina con salotto, una camera da letto con vista panoramica, una cabina armadio ed un ampio bagno.
Bello il locale DeepBlue nel rooftop e la vista dalla piscina.
La stanza è bella, ma ha numerose scomodità.
Il Pavimento del bagno è in marmo lucido, il rischio di scivolare quando bagnato è altissimo.
In bagno e nelle stanze non c'è Nessun appendino o attaccapanni, tutto limitato alla cabina armadio.
L'insonorizzazione delle stanze è molto bassa, si sente tutto quello che succede nei corridoi pur essendo lontani dalla camera da letto.
Il Wifi è molto debole e spesso non funziona.
La piscina della struttura, pur essendo bella, è aperta a tutti e il caos dei bambini (piscina bimbi a lato) e delle tante persone sovrasta tutto il piacere che una situazione del genere dovrebbe creare.
L'acqua non è riscaldata, alla sera quindi se non c'è stato il sole, risulta molto fredda.
Abbiamo richiesto un checkin anticipato di 3-4, il costo è stato quasi equivalente a 1 notte in più di alloggio.
Spropositato.
Non esiste una vera e propria reception (che invece c'è per la struttura), il tutto si limita a qualche responsabile LUMA sempre presente nei divanetti della hall.

The room was very big and the view was amazing. The location is also great and you can do everything around the Petronas tower by a walking distance. We stayed here in the past and the area now is really improved, it was like visiting a new place. But the hotel itself really decayed.
The pool is the main reason we stayed here again. But it was so overcrowded that made the whole pool experience a little bit annoying. The sitting area is very limited so most of the time you won't even find a place to just leave your belongings.
In general the place is very bad maintained. They give you the very basic supplies for the room justifying that if you need "more" you can simply ask and they'll send to you anytime.
And also is not allowed to have drinks and snacks in the pool area. So if you enjoying sipping a drink by the pool you will be disappointed like I did.

Check-in Process was super easy and the host help in contact through WhatsApp and also gave guiding videos. The host even followed up when we were late due to flight delays, this was much appreciated. The rooms were super nice and clean, spacious and had a great view of the KLCC. The infinity pool on top was the best. Going to the pool on odd ours is best as it can be abit full during peak times. The place is centrally located and walking distance from all the must do's and attractions. Will highly recommend this place.

the swimming pool had a really nice view. there was 24/7 whatsapp service hotline and there is always staff at the lobby to assist me if i need anything.
there is no fan in the apartment. using aircon all the way can be very drying and too cold.

Quick customer service and nice property right in the heart of the city
The guards at the swimming pool do too much in the name of checking whether water is dripping from the swimming clothes after getting out from swimming pool and going to the lifts. The guards first check the body of people before he "allows" them to go to the lifts. They hold me and my family for 5 minutes so that the lifts don't get any droplets, which is insane. It is not possible to get completely dry after coming out of swimming pool and it looks creepy too to watch like that.
There should be some other way to ensure that the pool users don't make the lifts wet

Localização muito boa também. Colchão era muito confortável
Roupa de cama e toalhas de banho suja. Não havia produtos básicos (sabonete de mãos).
Processo de check inpouco profissional. Não havia balcão, apenas duas raparigas sentadas no sofá a pedirem passaporte e depósito de segurança.
Internet era boa no lobby mas no quarto era ok e no ginásio e piscina não havia.
Mais importante foi a limpeza, sofá cheio de manchas, queimado de cigarro.

Both tv was not working. I had to continuously prompt customer service to fix it. There were no service recovery. Customer service only said sorry but it was lip service. It ruined our trip as we wanted to have movie night in the room. Customer service was not solution oriented even after i told them to get me another working room. The water heater became cold after 5 minutes due to the ‘small’ tank size. Customer service should be sensitive to customers with specific needs or atleast need to improve in their service recovery, not to mention their high deposit of 500rm. By the end of it, nobody came forward to offer me a formal apology or any sort of additional compensation. Truly disappointing
