Modern "smart" (technology controlled) villa with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with showers, laundry room, a nice pool, and patio area. No driveway bur ample parking on the street outside.
Well equipped kitchen with coffee machine.
European wide TV including French, German, Italian and UK TV in 2 of the bedrooms.
Very clean, well presented
2 power cuts in 2 weeks, no joke, having no air conditioning in the height of summer. Poor support from Villas and You (who service the villa) on the power cut and no instructions on who the distributor was. A real struggle to get any help with my sion speaking Soanish being the only lifeline. A fuse in the main junction box outside was apparently the cause we were told, but this couldn't have been the case as the same fault happened exactly a week later at the same time. Villas & You wouldn't answer the phone 2nd time around, necessitating us having to book a hotel for that night as alternative accommodation. We did get reimbursed for this and the cost of an engineer and fuse for the first visit, but it took a lot of chasing via phone calls over a few days.
Ciudad Quesada does have a small selection of bars and restaurants, but we found it too far out from Alicante and Torrevieja.
No instruction manuals or guides, unlike other villas we have stayed at.
