The room is really good, with the bar inside to eat. The owner is friendly as well. The location is near the centre (Piazza Cavour). I suggest to take train to Piazza Cavour rather than Montesanto since it is more crowded.
There is no door at to the bathroom. I'm afraid it will be inconvenient if two or more people stay. The owner should add the door.

Ogromny plus za lokalizację oraz klimatyzację. Dostępny jest ekspres na kapsułki
Rezerwując ten obiekt musisz wiedzieć, że nie ma w nim tak naprawdę okna z dostępem do świeżego powietrza, tylko na patio/garaż, w którym nieustannie świeci światło padające do pokoju. W dodatku pokój był w innej lokalizacji niż pierwotnie widziałam w rezerwacji. Podłoga nie była zamiana i myta chyba od remontu, podczas kąpieli z kabiny wylewa się woda na podłogę. Brak sztućców, jedynie łyżeczki, a wykupiłyśmy pobyt „ze śniadaniem” i rozumiem, że śniadania Włoskie są na słodko, ale dlaczego na 3 śniadania otrzymaliśmy 1 śniadanie? (2 rogaliki, paczka sucharów, 2 paczki chipsów, 1 paczkę orzeszków, 4 dżemiki, 1 nutelle i 1 ciasteczka), proponuję zamieścić informacje, że jest to powitalny poczęstunek i nie byłoby niejasności. Mikrofalówka nie działa. Jako baza noclegowa na 1 noc ok, ale na dłużej brak światła dziennego może być męczący.
