Lovely rooms & shared spaces. A very unique property that has something for everyone. Daphne is a wealth of local knowledge & loves to share all she knows which is so helpful. Really appreciated all that was on offer.

Location is fantastic close to Paihia and Kerikeri but off the beaten track and surrounded by beautiful gardens and orchards. Breakfast offered a good selection including home made jams and fruits from the gardens.
Nothing really, Delphine and Guillamine were excellent hosts, warm and welcoming who have a wonderful home to share with excellent facilities in a perfect location.

Incredibly homely and beautiful. Great kitchen space, breakfast was fab and so many open spaces to relax. Delphine and Guillaume were such lovely, welcoming hosts and made our time at Forest Waters so nice. Perfect location, a central base for exploring Northland and so many great recommendations from Delphine too. We hope we get the chance to come and stay again!

Beautiful location, decent amentities
When I booked I somehow missed or it was missing in the description that it was a private room and bathroom but shared kitchen. We decided not to stay as it didn’t feel very private and found an alternative place to stay.
