Great overall condo. Could do small updates. TV in living room is a smart TV, but very small for the room. Kitchen sink should be replaced as left side is rusted and somewhat unsightly. Very clean. Nice experience overall.

Have stayed at the palacio many times, first time in this particular unit. Unit defintely could use an upgrade (like stove, sink, fans are older) & only other complaint is the floors were dirty (our feet were always black even just after getting out the shower.But view was great, property was as described. Check in was easy. Would stay again!

Great view and nice property. Close to grocery and shops. Could use some updates inside from minor wear and tear but overall good.

The check in/out process is very easy and straight forward. The location is excellent. Across the street from restaurants and shopping. The pool and beach areas are spot on. The reason for only a 3 star review is the furnishings of the unit we occupied. This was our third time vacationing at Palacio and highly recommend the facility just cannot recommend the unit we stayed in.
