There is a current construction project going on the lot behind the house. Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures. Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house. Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.

The home was beautiful and host provided additional accommodation such as playpen and toddler potty. We felt at home! We had some minor issues that we reported to management which was prompt with their response. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is very well equipped, is really lovely and homey. The swimming pool was the highlight of our stay and due to its climatization, we were able to widely enjoy it. We rode the bicycles around the beautiful neighborhood and it was very nice as well. We had a great time and highly recommended it. We loved our stay and hope to come back soon to enjoy it once again.

This is the perfect house for a couple families to rent. The house had everything we needed! Towels, kitchen utensils and a beach access. The house is close to the grocery store, Walgreens and wonderful restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Perfect for a family girl’s trip. The home was very clean, the pool was the perfect temperature, the rooms were comfortable, and the home was decorated so tastefully. We enjoyed riding the provided bikes in the morning and could get anywhere we needed quickly. Great location! Loved the quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I lived on Marco for 10 years and moved to Zorlsndo 6 years ago. We went back for a visit and loved the location and amenities of this home. Would love to do it every year if thdd we home is available

The property was very much as it appears online, I would call it pretty tight as far as cleanliness. There was plenty of space for sleeping and eating. Plenty of towels and bedding as well. The outdoor area was perfect for eating and hanging out for coffee, but the pool is pretty small. Our only complaint was the lack of privacy in the backyard. A new house is going up and there was construction throughout our stay. Obviously no fault of the owners, but is going to change the backyard privacy situation.

Home is beautiful and clean. My mom just turned 80 and this was her birthday vacation. She was not able to get into pool as there was no handle and steps are deep. Bathrooms are both small spaces for toilets. No handle on tubs. Shower was fine. If you are Hard of hearing please do not watch tv after quite time 10pm or before 8am or security will be alerted and owner will reach out to you. Beds are very tall other than twin beds, however very comfortable. TV in 2 bedrooms only. One in living-room and poolside. Do not watch poolside one loudly. House being built next door with workers coming and going and construction. Not much privacy.

We had a very nice time at the property. Communication was excellent and the home was just as described in the listing. It is a little further away from the beach then expected. We were told it was a 5 minute drive, but in reality it's closer to 10 minutes. Not a huge deal, but it did feel far. Other than that, an excellent experience!

This a beautiful 4 bedroom home on Marco Island with a heated pool, beautifully decorated and with many ceiling fans. Everything in the house was in good working order over our Christmas 2021 stay. We were 3 generations of a family ages 26 to 92. We cooked our meals in the well appointed kitchen which had everything you need, except wine glasses. We also used the gas grill which worked great. The four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were lovely. The whole house was very clean upon our arrival. The quality of the bed linens and towels was very high. The outdoor furniture in the pool area was super. There are 4 working bikes with helmets but no bike locks. There is a wagon to take beach chairs and umbrellas to the beach. The photos on the VRBO listing are very accurate - that is exactly how the house looks. The visit was marred before we entered the home by a series of emails from the property manager. A number of these repeatedly reminded us of Marco Island's noise ordinance. I responded that we were a family celebrating Christmas not a Bachelorette party but these emails kept on coming. Another series of emails, both before and during our stay, demanded that we give the house a 5 star rating. To me, these emails had a very aggressive tone. One of the big factors in my decision to rent this particular property in the spring of 2021 for Christmas 2021 was the promise of private beach access. Marco Island is notorious for its lack of access to public beaches. After my final payment was made, I received an email that private beach access was no longer available but the management company would reimburse parking fees at public beaches. That is not the same thing! This is a great home but it is not a 5 star property. There are no bike locks, 1 wine glass, aggressive pre-visit emails demanding a 5 star rating and reneging on the private beach access.

The house is very well kept and stocked. All of the cooking equipment we could need was there. Well stocked home as far as towels and bed linens as well. The beds were very comfortable also. Communication from the booking throughout the stay was fast and informative. I would book here again without hesitation.
