Situated just a few homes away from the open ocean, our property boasts a deep water flow-thru canal and a 50-foot concrete dock (Boat Lift has been removed) with breathtaking ocean views. You'll have ample space to dock your boat, jet skis, kayaks, and more. Don't be surprised if you're greeted by manatees in the canal, as they're frequent visitors. The clean canal even invites you for a refreshing swim. Attention, fishermen! Marathon is a renowned fishing destination, and you can easily book charters from local marinas. No need to bring your own boat; options like the 73" Marathon Lady are just 3 minutes away. Two Conchs Fishing Charters are conveniently located on the same channel as the house. After a rewarding day of fishing, unwind on our shaded patio with ocean views, grill your catch on the BBQ, or soak in our 7-person jetted spa to soothe your tired muscles. Each of our four bedrooms features flat-screen TVs, luxurious bedding, and quality linens. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi. Our fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, dishes, glassware, silverware, cookware, a toaster, and a coffee maker. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the stunning ocean view from the dining room's large windows. This is the Florida Keys—just relax and savor the experience! Important Notices: Dockage accommodates boats within 50 feet in length; only one boat per stay. (Boat Lift has been removed) Newly added Tiki Hut Per stay, you can bring two vehicles and one trailer or three vehicles with no boat trailer. Pet Friendly (Maximum of 1 under 50lbs) fee is $100 Maximum occupancy is 10 people, regardless of age. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, strictly enforced. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, unless prior arrangements are made. We provide one hairdryer per bathroom, towels, linens, and a starter kit of toiletries. Guest will be required to sign our guest agreement. There are exterior recording devices at the property. FAQs: Do you have a coffee maker? Yes, we have a Nespresso Vertuo machine, an espresso machine, and a Keurig coffee machine. Does your house have pots, pans, and all the necessary items to cook? Absolutely, we have a full setup for cooking, including pots, pans, and utensils. Do you have bicycles and kayaks for use? This property has it all! Beautiful home, completely updated, extremely clean! The membership to the key colony pool/beach is a real bonus..With 2 bikes and 2 kayaks, we stayed busy! We saw lots of pelicans, manatee, and a nurse shark from the dock. Highly recommend staying here. We loved our week and didn’t want to leave!

The house was exactly as described and in perfect condition. The backyard was so nice and clean. We were out there every morning and night. Played corn hole most night which was great. You could walk to many places as well as use the two bikes available. Kayaking right off the canal was so much fun. It is easiest to wait for the tide to be up when kayaking. This was our first time on Key Colony Beach and was very surprised at everything that was close by. Two restaurants, bait store, multiple parks to take a bike ride, and the cabana beach club that was only a block away. We would highly recommend. Thank you for a great vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully redone home. The interior and grounds are gorgeous and offered everything you could want for a relaxing stay in the Keys. We loved lounging by the canal and observed manatee and pelicans often. The host was wonderful and very responsive. She gave us a little leeway on check in and check out times. Some hosts would charge extra for that. Marathon Key is a great location - half way between Key West and Key Largo. This is a great spot!
