Pretty far from everything except the Burbank airport and train. Expensive

When i booked there was 1 room left, but when i checked in that room was unavailable however staff upgraded me free of charge.
The check in process took too long. The staff was unable to charge to with booking.com and expected me to call to figure that out which isn’t my responsibility. Also the room stated complimentary water and sleep kit but there was none.

Modern, location is exceptional, ample parking, nice gym 24h
Poor service, slow response, complicated to parking app, no breakfast service when needed, no room servicing when requested
