Ive stayed here before and it’s a wonderful hotel. However, the front desk person working the day I checked in was less than friendly. It’s been a while since I encountered a hotel employee to go out of his way to make me feel unwelcome. There was an event taking place that day and it was quite busy however, the front desk wasn’t busy at all. I was the only one checking in at the time so it doesn’t excuse the lack of effort.

New building, very clean and close to airport and off the 5 freeway.
Very nice lobby area.
Only down side is that you have to pay for parking. $26 per night. Other than that wow!
