A fully equipped and clean apartment offering beautiful views. We got some great pictures at sunset. The parking garage is easy to access and we found space available to park outside the apartment gates. The bed was comfortable, 3 large TVs with streaming, air con, and all the appliances and cutlery you need. 2 cans of pop in the fridge on arrival, tea and coffee pods with 2 coffee machines, there is also a washer in one of the cupboards .
For things to do if you want a memorable day out and have a car, loro parque in Puerto de la Cruz is amazing. You also get a day out of the sun as the weather in the north is cloudier. We went to aqualand one day which is within walking distance and a great day out. Los cristianos is also beautiful and worth a visit. There is a mall at the bottom of the hill on the right not far from the apartment complex containing a huge very cheap supermarket, cinema, arcade and starbucks. Surprisingly it was easy to miss and we walked by it a few times.. only finding it on the last day!
It's a 30-40 min walk (depending on your speed) downhill to the main shops and restaurants. We couldn't even think about walking back up in the baking heat so started the week with taxis which were quite expensive, we are a family of 5 (so needed a bus) one time charged 40€ just for return. Ended up hiring a car earlier than planned and found roads to be surprisingly busy with limited parking. Especially on Thursday and Saturday when the market is on, we just couldn't get parked anywhere.
We were surprised to find the pools in the apartment are gated and you need a key to access them. We only went once and found our key didn't work. I was told by the owner it can take several attempts, we tried about 20 times to no avail. Residents kindly let us in but once in we couldn't just nip to our room for a drink and come back. We had to get the residents to let us back out and because of the inconvenience this caused other people just trying to relax we did not return or try the other pools. Luckily we are not poolside people and prefer to be out but this could be very disappointing for other families who expect to use these facilities so hopefully they can sort that out soon.

El alojamiento es muy espacioso y la comunicación con el anfitrion es excelente. Estuvo atento a cualquiera de nuestras necesidades y las instrucciones para entrar y de todo lo que hay cerca es genial.
Si hay algo que decir negativo, diría que solo había un rollo de papel higiénico y no había servilletas. Y el tamaño de las camas es algo pequeño. Pero nada de esto hace que tu estancia no sea buena

Host very good good communication and instructions for entering the complex and room.
Quiet place but still great with children and there was other families around the pool etc. the pool area was lovely and clean and very good with children. A couple of pools available. View from the apartment was fantastic. Air con brilliant and facilities within the apartment great.
Adeje is beautiful and the view was amazing but it was very far away/ very long walk to anywhere. (Shops etc) I used uber which was fine! Just a little bit expensive. I can’t complain as we stayed here last minute due to a bad experience elsewhere.
