Absolutely wonderful due to great hosts and fabulous apartment

This is a fabulous apartment: bright, spotlessly clean and well-appointed. The rooms are spacious, the balcony is great for eating and relaxing with a view over the pool to the sea beyond. The pool is a good size for swimming and we had it nearly all to ourselves. There is no shallow end so it is not suitable for children. There are loungers and parasols, so enjoyable to read by the pool which was always so quiet and peaceful during our stay. The area is very convenient: a couple of supermarkets 10 minutes walk away and an easy walk (20 mins) to the coast and some great restaurants. The Balkan restaurant just around the corner is excellent with good food and service and a terrace with stunning views along the coast. We also loved the cool cocktail bar next door with an outdoor terrace looking out over the night lights. The hosts were wonderful: so helpful and charming. They made contact as soon as we booked and went out of their way to make sure our car problems got sorted and that we had everything for a good week. (Driving in the area is very difficult so recommend getting taxis everywhere as they are plentiful and cheap). We cannot recommend the apartment highly enough: looking forward to our return!

A very relaxing holiday.

Maria and Alex were extremely helpful during our stay. We were the only users of the pool most of the time and the area very quiet. The best beach areas are Playa El Duque and Playa Fanabe (restaurant Moon). There are 2 breakfast cafes next to the entrance of Aqualand close to the apartment both serving excellent English breakfast and a great Italian Zen just further up the road. Next to the apartment the Calma Balkan and a couple of excellent wine bars, just up the road.

Remember that Tenerife is very hilly and a hire car is a big advantage.

Great hosts, quite peaceful and sea view, access has 64 steps. on road parking which we found not to be an issue. yes we

great location, nice big balcony with sea view. spacious apartment, only one bathroom/toilet. well appointed kitchen. for information TV does not cover UK. parking is on street was not an issue for us. the whole development was quiet and very clean, with a lovely pool area.

Really requires reclining chairs or sun beds on the generously sized balcony. the table and chairs for 6 people are great, but the other furniture for us were surplus to requirements, and of little use and no comfort.

Excellent stay and super clean apartment

Everything was excellent. The apartment is located in a place where we fully enjoyed the view and the silence of the area. The apartment was super clean and it is equiped with everything needed. We arrived quite late because the plane had a delay and the owners left us a pizza and water because all the shops were closed at that time. What can I say is that for sure we'll be back soon :)

Here is nothing to say. Everything was great.

restrictions in the pool seemed a bit limiting….and lots of steps to get to the shops, but these are small things really. We loved our stay 🎉

really bad location not as described be careful but if able and healthy

the peacefulness of the property if you want a quiet life, other than the residential dog non-stop barking nearby!

The distance and location, it is so far our of Costa Adeje up a very very steep hill known as heart attack hill! do not let your elderly parents stay here, if you are young and fit it is manageable. it is nowhere near Los Cristianos, Las Americas and it is located at San Eugenio but ALTO which means TOP (under statement) i did ask Booking.com to have this altered to prevent future disappointment and i don't know HOW this is a 9.9 on Booking.com it shouldn't be. In all fairness the host was good, very helpful but never met us we met with some intermediaries.

Absolutely fantastic!

The apartment is absolutely fantastic!! We loved every aspect of this place!! It's very beautifully furnished, very comfortable with plenty of space and the sun-light, it's fully equipped for your stay in Tenerife, there is noting you will need more. I think what we loved the most is amazing terrace with BBQ and the Sea Views, and the swimming pool is just right in front of you. I'd not change a thing in this place, it's just perfect. The place is very quite, just ideal to properly relax. Also communication with the host was excellent. Thank you very much for all and will definitely be staying there again
