奇数階にしか女子トイレがないから、登り降りが微妙に面倒でした。

Location, cleanliness
Toilets located in different floors from room.
Only one shower room at the 1st floor and only one elevator, making travelling downstairs slow.
Booked a room which accommodates 3pax but only given 2 hangers and sandals, when ask for more, hotel staff refused.
Laundry dryer is not working well, used for 2 rounds but clothes are still damp.
